In the middle of the quarantine, a Colombian Actress, from Bogotá sees Police Abusing an Homeless Artist; she be friends the man and finds this out that this is a regular occurance. From then on she records every incident from her eighth story window.
She is shocked as, night after night she witnesses terrible cruelty toward the Homeless Artist Plastic Man without any help and little empathy from anybody.
Andrés Cortés, a Plastic Artist who is passionate about his creations, became an inspiration for Maristela Ávila to create this Short Film Documentary.
