Greetings Filmmakers to our IMDb qualifying film festival!

The Asia South East – Short Film Festival is a seasonal film festival that gives international audiences from Asia, Europe and North America who are living or travelling in the south east of Asia, a chance to see a wide variety of the great short films that are being produced from around the world. In previous seasons, The Asia South East – Short Film Festival has screened fantastic films in both Phnom Penh and Saigon ( Hồ Chí Minh) the largest most dynamic city in Vietnam. For our 2019 season we will screen our films in the Paris of the East; Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Both Cambodia and Vietnam are countries with fascinating and eventful histories, they also have on average a very young and dynamic population and a creative and bohemian ex-pat community. We plan on holding future editions of our festival in other countries as well such as Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia, all dynamic, exciting nations in this very beautiful region of the world.
